1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a full or partial charge. Refunds will be issued at our discretion.
4. Service Terms All chauffeurs are licensed and insured. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of misconduct or unsafe conditions. Vehicle type and service times are subject to availability and conditions on the day.
5. Liability We accept no liability for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. While every effort is made to ensure punctuality and safety, clients are advised to allow sufficient time for travel.
